LUFORA ships across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and select international destinations. Available countries and live rates are shown at checkout once your address is entered.
Rates & timing
United Kingdom
- Standard — £4.95, 2–3 working days. Free over £150.
- Express — £8.95, next working day on orders placed before 1pm GMT.
Europe
- Standard — from £9.95, 4–7 working days.
- Free over £200.
Rest of world
- Standard — from £16.95, 7–14 working days.
- Duties & import taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a UK public holiday are processed the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email, then a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Tracking your order
Every order ships tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or sign in to your account to follow its progress. If anything looks delayed, contact our concierge and we'll chase it for you.
Packaging
Each fragrance ships in its lacquered keepsake box inside protective, recyclable outer packaging designed to keep glass safe in transit.
